Unfortunately, IMFD is NOT available in the US. Many of us have purchased the DVD through Amazon UK. But you need to be careful as you need a multiregion DVD player to watch it. Many DVD players can be "hacked" to allow this, however. Good luck!

Just a tidbit for those in the US, most region 2 dvd's can be played or your home computer. I've actually set my to region 2 since you can only switch between region 1 or region 2 a couple of times than you have to chose one

or the other.

This is how I watch DVD's purchased from both Amazon UK and Amazon France.
